This website is operated by Gordy Bunch for Texas. This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Gordy Bunch for Texas with respect to your use of the GordyBunchForTexas.com website (the “Site”) so you can make an informed decision about using the Site.

Childrens Privacy

We do not knowingly contact or collect Personal Information from children under 13, and our Site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13.  When a user discloses Personal Information on the Website, he or she is representing his or her age as at least thirteen years.  If we are informed that we have unintentionally received Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.

Campaign Finance Reports and Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

Under Texas law, Gordy Bunch for Texas must use our best efforts to collect and disclosure information regarding the contributions it receives.  Under the law, Gordy Bunch for Texas must disclose the full name and address of contributors who contribute $50 or more in a reporting period.  For contributors who give $500 or more in a reporting periods, Gordy Bunch for Texas is required to disclose the principal occupation or job title and full name of employer in addition to the contributors full name and address.  For all contributions received, Gordy Bunch for Texas must disclose the amount of the contribution and the date it was received.

 

Use of Personal Information

We use Personal Information collected through our Sites for the purposes described in this Policy or elsewhere on the Site. For example, we may use Personal Information we collect:

  • to fulfill any obligation under law, including, preparation and filing campaign finance disclosure reports;
  • to protect the legal rights, property or safety of us or third parties;
